APPLY TO CREATE A UTAH CHILD PROTECTION REGISTRY COMPLIANCE ACCOUNT

To begin the the application process, please choose a user login and password for access to your registry compliance account. It is your responsibility to manage your account. Please choose a password that is secure to prevent unauthorized access.

Senders who already have a compliance account with another state's registry system (managed by Unspam) may use their existing account for Utah compliance. These senders should start their application process using the Existing Account Application form.
