UTAH CHILD PROTECTION REGISTRY LAW INFORMATION

The Utah Kid's Protection Registry Act forbids the sending of electronic messages that advertise adult-oriented products or services that a child is forbidden from purchasing to addresses that have been registered under the provisions of the law.
