EXISTING ACCOUNT APPLICATION FOR UTAH CHILD PROTECTION REGISTRY COMPLIANCE

Senders that already have a compliance account with another state's registry system (managed by Unspam) may use this form to apply for Utah Child Protection Registry Compliance. To begin the the application process, please enter your existing user login and password for your registry compliance account.

Senders that do not have an existing compliance account should apply to create one.
